I love this company. Grant is the best. He did not stop until he finish.. I like the fact that he called before he came to the house and he gave me a time of 9:56am.. and he was at the door at 9:56 ready to work.. it's not just that he really saved us from this summer heat

Alan treated us wonderfully. He came as soon as he could and cleaned out 4 years worth of build up in just a couple hours. He even offered us the club membership which we took advantage of to save us money and have routine cleanings throughout the year. We highly recommend Massey. Thanks for the service guys

I am so thankful for Alan Leach and Massey Mechanical - Heat And Air! My furnace stopped working when it was 10 degrees outside. I called several places but only Massey answered. Alan was there within an hour and we got everything thawed out and taken care of and the heat came back on! Thank you!!

Very professional and clean! The Tech I had communicate about everything that was going on, And he explained everything he would have to do! I would not know about pricing because it’s a rent house, I’m living in! So my Property manager’s cover the payment. They actually sent someone out before this company and the first company said it would be two or three weeks before they can get the parts in! This company Massey mechanical heating and air, got on the job quick and fast! And got it done today!

Justin came out today and refixed my heat. He was so nice and went above and beyond to fix what was supposed to be fixed 4 days ago. You can send him out anytime I have an issue because I know he is going to do the job right! 5 stars all day and one happy customer

Massey Mechanical responded that day! My heater was only working intermittently (in January) and Grant and Justin were there the same day I called. Very professional and efficient techs! Thank you to the entire team!

They have worked on my personal and rental properties and do a great job! I had a problem with my heat and they were able to come out the next day to fix it, while being transparent about pricing and parts that needed to be changed. I have all my properties apart of their yearly maintenance membership and it gives me peace of mind.
